Introduction：
The workshop is the 8th meeting of the ICCM (International Congress of Chinese Mathematician) Consortium on CAM (Computational and Applied Mathematics). The consortium has the mission of enhancing collaboration among Chinese Mathematicians working on CAM and enhancing their collaboration with international experts. The 8th workshop shall focus on AI, Big Data and Block Chain, from applications of computational and applied mathematics and as an enlarged scope of applied mathematics.
