The study of the random matrix products has a long history in the topics of Lyapunov and stability exponents which are closely related to the singular values and eigenvalues. We review some recent progresses of the singular value and eigenvalue distributions of the products of complex Ginibre matrices and truncated unitary matrices. Then we present the limiting behavior of their spectral radii.
