摘要:The leaf space of atransversely symplectic foliation is a type ofsingular "symplecticspace".  The theory of Lie groupoids and differentiable stacks offersa convenient language for managing this kind of singularities.  I willdiscuss how the convexity theorem for Hamiltonian actions on transverselysymplectic foliations can be interpreted in the context of Lie 2-group actionson 0-symplectic Lie groupoids.
