摘要： We introduce a family of generalized Schur functions and prove the Gamibelli identities and others and vertex operator realizations for this new family. Many scattered important symmetric functions are examples of our new family, in particular, the Olshanski-Okounkov's shifted Schur functions are examples as well as irreducible characters of classical simple Lie algebras. This is joint work with N. Rozhkovskaya.
