摘要：Fujita's freeness conjecture predicts that, for a smooth complex projective variety X of dimension n and an ample Cartier divisor L, the adjoint linear system |K_X + mL| is base-point-free for every integer m ≥ n + 1. In this talk, I will present a linear bound towards this conjecture: |K_X + mL| is base-point-free for every integer m ≥ C₀n, where C₀ = 1.77629… is an explicit constant. In particular, |K_X + 2nL| is always base-point-free.
