Title：Bi-Lipschitz Regularity of 2-Varifolds with the Critical Allard Condition（II）

Abstract：In this presentation，we will introduce the terminology of chord-arc varifold to describe those varifolds satisfying the Ahlfors regularity，the Reifenberg condition and the tilt-excess estimate. We state the bi-W^{1,p} regularity of chord-arcvarifold and apply it to choose a large topological disk with nice boundary on a chord-arc 2-varifold. This disk admits some good geometric properties， including the quadratic isoperimetic inequality， the linear local contractibility and the bi - Lipschitz equivalence of the intrinsic metric and the Euclidean metric. We will also compare the bi-W^{1,p} regularity with Naber and Valtorta's W^{1,p} Reifenberg theorem. This is a joint work with  Yuchen Bi.
