Title：Bi-Lipschitz Regularity of 2-Varifolds with the Critical Allard Condition（I）

Abstract：In this presentation，we will introduce some basic properties for rectifiable 2-varifolds under the critical Allard condition, including the Ahlfors regularity，the Reifenberg condition and the tilte-excess estimate. This is a joint work with Yuchen Bi.
