Abstract：Mean curvature flows (MCFs) of closed initial hypersurfaces develop finite time singularity in Euclidean space (and many other spaces). We work in a 

large class of warp product manifolds,  and we use its special geometry,  to find conditions such that a MCF with  close initial hypersurface exists for all time and 

converge to the totally geodesic hypersurface. This is based on joint work with Z. Zhang and H. Zhou.
