摘要: Reall that a nilpotent self-normalizing subgroup of a finite group is called a Carter subgroup. Classical result by Carter states that in finite solvable groups Carter subgroups always exist and conjugate. We discuss the conjugacy and existence of Carter subgroups in arbitrary groups and also derive some corollaries
