题目：From torsion hot spot to monotonicity of solutions and shape deformations

摘要：In this talk, I will first present recent results on torsion hot spot and ground state hot spot. Then, I will move to mixed boundary problems and present new monotonicity results of solutions. As a consequence, we prove monotonicity of mixed torsion and first eigenvalue along certain deformations. An application leads to asymptotic formula for torsional rigidity on regular polygons, which is related to Polya-Szego conjecture. The talk is based on joint works with Changfeng Gui, Jiaxin He, Yehao Hu, Shangfeng Wu, Shuangquan Xie, Ruofei Yao and Chenyang Zhang.
