题目: Eventual monotonicity of the first nonzero Steklov eigenvalue for regular N-gons with fixed perimeter

摘要：In this talk, we prove that, among regular N-gons with fixed perimeter, the first nonzero Steklov eigenvalue is strictly increasing with respect to N when N is sufficiently large; in particular, this holds for N≥20. The talk is based on joint work with Zhuo Cheng (CSU), Changfeng Gui (University of Macau), Qinfeng Li (HNU), and Ruofei Yao (SCUT).
