摘要：We will report some new bounds concerning the subconvexity problem for L-functions on GL(3). The proof is based on the moment method and is relied on a spectral reciprocity formula that relates a GL(2) moment of GL(3)xGL(2) Rankin-Selberg L-functions to a GL(1) moment of GL(3)xGL(1) and GL(1) L-functions.
