Admissions Information

- Physical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Four Major Mechanics, Quantum and Classical Field Theory, General Relativity.

- Mathematical Knowledge: Proficiency in Differential Manifolds, with some knowledge of Differential Topology, Lie Algebras, and Representation Theory.

For students with a physical background, a higher level of physical knowledge is required, while for students with a mathematical background, a stronger knowledge background of mathematics is necessary. However, all these students shall have enough understanding of the other field, and should have a strong intrinsic interest in String and Field Theory as well as Mathematical Physics. Alongside a passion for exploring and discovering new knowledge, they should have specific academic research capabilities.
